Hradec Kralove town is due to its straight surface ideal place for cycling.

Thanks to the many cyclist the HK town got a nicknames like "Little China" or "Little Holand".

In the town you will find many cycling trails, which are separated from roads and it increases the safety of cyclists. Many new cycling trails, in the town, and around are being formed.

If you like relaxing in the countryside you can visith the area of urban forests which offers a number of trails suitable for cyclists.

In the town you will find many cycling services and bike rentals.

Every year there also takes place a traditional cycling even: "City on wheels" and many others.

During the weekends and summer holidays you may carry the bike with you by public transport. Transportation of bicycles is free in case there is anough space and the pram is always preferred.

HK´s main football team is playing the Gabrinus Leage, which is the highest league in Czech Republic. New season starts in middle of February and the matches in town are usually held on Sunday once in 2 weeks.
