A cozy bed is available in a shared room on the ground floor of a student villa. The room is currently shared with one female student.
The villa consists of two apartments – one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each apartment includes three separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. The apartment and all rooms are fully furnished and ready to move in.
The other rooms on the ground floor are occupied by female students, one per room.
Monthly rent: 4,700 CZK per bed (including internet and utilities).
