The house is located in a calm area in a city part of Hostivař. In the area are supermarkets, restaurants, and also forest park. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk (Řepčická, Gercenova) and the nearest stop of the Metro is Skalka (line A). 

The apartment consists of a hallway, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, from which you can enter a terrace overlooking the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, induction stove, microwave, utensils, and small kitchen appliances. The kitchen includes a food pantry. There is also a separate toilet on the same floor. Upstairs there are three fully furnished bedrooms, equipped with blankets, pillows, and bed linen. There are two single rooms and one room that is furnished for two people and has its dressing room. On the upper floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, two sinks, and a washing machine. There is also another separate toilet on the same floor.

If you enjoy spending time in the fresh air you can also use the garden, and for those who like biking, there is also a possibility to store a bike. 

The monthly rent for rooms for one person is 10.000CZK including energy charges and internet.
The monthly rent for bigger rooms is 14.000CZK  including energy charges and internet.
