The apartments consist of hallway, bathroom, toilet, bedrooms, and kitchen with a dining area. The rooms are equipped with beds, study tables, study chairs, cupboards and wardrobes. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other tenants of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove and fridge. Every apartment can be shared by maximum of six people. Washing machines are in a laundry room, which is on the ground floor of the student's house. 

The apartments are located near a shopping center, train station, bus station, restaurants, pubs, and gym. 

For rooms with two tenants, the monthly rent is 8.000 CZK per person. For private rooms, the monthly rent is 10.000 CZK per person.
