Rooms in a student's house on Kutilova Street are new on our offer!

The rooms are located in the apartments which consist of two bedrooms. The apartment has a bathroom, toilet, and fridge. The rooms are fully furnished with a bed, study desk, wardrobe, and bed. There is a cleaning service once per week and also the sheets are changed once per 14 days. A fully equipped kitchen is common for all tenants of the floor. In the building, there is also a study room which you can enter. 

The building is monitored by the reception. 

The price per person in case the room is shared by three persons is 8.000CZK/ monthly. In case two persons stay in the room the price per person is 10.000CZK/monthly, and if only one person stays in the room, the monthly rent is 15.000CZK including energy charges and internet.
